Game Variants and Table Access
We spread several poker formats on our online platform for players across Canada. No Limit Texas Hold’em runs most of the day at stakes from 1/3 up to 10/20, with both 6-max and 9-max tables. Pot-Limit Omaha and Omaha Hi-Lo complete the core cash lineup, and we also keep classic Stud variants available for those who like that pace.
In the lobby you see active tables in real time. Before you sit down, you can check current player numbers, average pot size, and blind structure. Simple filters help you sort by stakes or game type, although plenty of regulars just scroll and pick whatever looks busy.
Our tournament grid runs every day, with buy-ins aimed at different bankroll sizes. We schedule larger events at fixed times and run sit-and-go tournaments that start as soon as the required seats fill. Each tournament page lists starting stack, blind levels, and how the prize pool is split.
| Game Type | Stakes | Format |
|---|---|---|
| No Limit Hold’em | 1/3 to 10/20 | 6-max, 9-max |
| Pot-Limit Omaha | 2/5 to 5/10 | 6-max |
| Omaha Hi-Lo | 1/3 to 5/10 | 9-max |
| Stud Games | 3/6 to 10/20 | 8-max |
Account Setup and Verification
Opening an account starts with a short form: email, password, full legal name and date of birth. Once that is done, we ask you to complete verification. You upload a valid government ID through our secure portal - Canadian driver’s license, passport, or a provincial ID card are all accepted. For address checks, we request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 90 days.
Most accounts are verified in roughly 24 to 72 business hours. We send you email notifications when documents arrive, when they are checked, and once your profile is cleared. Until verification is completed, withdrawals stay locked and deposits can be limited.
You can also switch on two-factor authentication in your account settings. Link an authentication app or choose SMS codes, and after that every login needs your password plus the extra code.
Deposits and Funding
Players in Canada can fund balances using several familiar payment methods. Bank transfers connect to domestic banks and usually complete in 1 to 3 business days. Interac e-Transfer tends to be quicker, with funds appearing within about 2 to 6 hours after you confirm the transfer. Credit and debit card payments arrive instantly in most cases, although some card issuers choose to block gambling transactions under their own rules.
E-wallets are available as an alternative, with processing speeds that vary by provider. Minimum deposits typically start at 10 CAD, while upper limits depend on your chosen method and current account status. Every payment shows up in your transaction history with date and time, amount in Canadian dollars, and whether it is pending, completed, or declined.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
Cashouts are requested through the cashier section of your account. You enter the amount, select one of your approved payout methods, then confirm the details before submitting. Whenever possible, we send funds back through the same channel you used to deposit, in line with standard banking practice.
Average time frames look like this:
- E-wallet: 12 to 48 hours
- Interac e-Transfer: 24 to 72 hours
- Bank transfer: 3 to 7 business days
- Card withdrawals: 5 to 10 business days
If your account is still unverified, withdrawal requests cannot be completed. We hold them and email instructions on which documents are needed. Payout limits are set according to account tier and previous activity: regular accounts work with daily and monthly caps, while VIP levels can access higher ceilings.
Tournament Registration and Structure
Our tournaments run on fixed schedules with clear start times and buy-ins shown in the lobby. Upcoming events are sorted by time, so you can see at a glance the buy-in cost, guaranteed prize pool, starting chips and how long each blind level lasts.
To join, open the lobby, click on the event you want, and confirm the buy-in. The buy-in amount comes straight from your account balance. Late registration usually stays open for a set period after the kickoff - most events allow between 60 and 180 minutes, depending on the structure.
Multi-table tournaments start once the minimum number of entrants is reached. The seating is automatic, spreading players across tables. As players bust out, tables break and remaining players move so that table sizes stay balanced.
Sit-and-go events are simpler. They launch as soon as enough players register. We regularly run:
- Single-table sit-and-gos with 6 or 9 players
- Multi-table formats with 18, 27, or 45 seats
